Our mixes are produced in Sweden, with 100% Swedish-grown flour. We use high-quality ingredients and you will never find artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives, trans fats or palm oil in our mixes.
Our boxes and refills come with all of the dry ingredients, as well as baking sheets/paper moulds. Only milk, butter, egg and/or water needs to be added.

Fikamix NO.1 KANELBULLAR is is based on a classic Swedish recipe with lots of cardamom in the dough, cinnamon in the filling and pearl sugar on the top. It makes twenty normal sized cinnamon buns. All dry ingredients (incl dry yeast), as well as baking sheets, are included.
