Follow instructions below to bake Fikamix delicous Swedish Soft Gingerbread Cake
Preparation 15 minutes, total 55 minutes
Heat oven to 175°C (350°F). Melt butter and let cool to room temperature.
In medium bowl, incorporate baking mix, butter, milk and eggs. Stir until well combined. Divide batter evenly between the two paper moulds, included.
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from moulds. Allow to cool completely. When ready to serve, cut each cake in 8 pieces.
