Follow instructions below to bake Fikamix delicous Swedish Cardamom Cake
Preparation 10 minutes, total 55 minutes
Heat oven to 175°C (350°F). Melt butter and let cool to room temperature.
In medium bowl, incorporate baking mix (Bag No. 1), butter, milk and egg. Stir until well combined. Divide batter evenly between paper moulds, included. Sprinkle with pearl sugar (Bag No. 2).
Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from moulds. Allow to cool completely. When ready to serve, cut each cake in 9 pieces.
