Preparation 10 minutes, total 14-18 hours

INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED

  • 4 ¾ dl (2 cups) cold water

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Large bowl
  • Measuring cup
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Scraper or sharp knife
  • Plastic wrap or bowl cover
  • Baking tray

STEP 1 (afternoon/evening):

Combine the contents of Bag No. 1 with water in large bowl mixing to form a wet, sticky dough. Just combine, no need to knead. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12-16 hours.

STEP 2 (morning):

Line baking tray with baking sheet, included. Scrape dough onto generously floured work surface (use Bag No. 2 to flour surface). Using your hands or a scraper, gently stretch the dough out and fold it over itself a few times. Cut into 10 pieces/rolls, place on baking sheet, and leave to rise for about 30 minutes. Heat oven to 250°C (480°F). Bake for 15 minutes or until bread rolls are golden brown.
