Deliveries outside Sweden

If you live in Sweden, any other EU country or in the U.S., you can place your order right away! 

If you would like delivery to another country, please contact us at info@fikamix.com and we'll try to help you.

 

Shipping costs

FREE SHIPPING within Sweden for orders over SEK 500. Otherwise SEK 59. 

FREE SHIPPING within EU (outside Sweden) for orders over € 150. Otherwise € 15,90. 

FREE SHIPPING to the U.S. for orders over $ 200. Otherwise $ 35,90. 

 

Delivery time

If you place your order before 3 PM (Swedish time), we will process and ship your order the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays). Your order will be delivered within 1-3 days if you live in Sweden. Deliveries outside Sweden usually takes a few days longer. 

Note: Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

Deliveries with DHL

All shipments are fulfilled by DHL. 

Private customers: Parcels will be delivered to your closest DHL Parcel ServicePoint. When the parcel arrives at your ServicePoint, you will receive a text message. Therefore, it's important that you fill in the correct mobile number when you register your details. When collecting your parcel, remember to bring a valid identification as well as the parcel tracking number. 

Business customers: Parcels will be delivered to the delivery adress you specify when you place your order. Signature is required upon delivery. 

 

Uncollected parcels

In the notification you receive from your DHL ServicePoint when your order has arrived, there will be information regarding the number of days the parcel will be stored before being returned to us (normally 7-14 days). Orders not collected will be cancelled with the item price refunded, minus a shipping and handling charge of SEK 300 (SEK 600 for deliveries outside Sweden). 

NOTE: To avoid being charged for a parcel you haven't collected, it's very important to pick up your order witihn the specified time! 

 

Undeliverable parcels due to incomplete or incorrect contact details

Parcels that can't be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect contact details (name, address, email, phone number), will automatically be returned back to us. Undeliverable orders will be cancelled with the item price refunded, minus a shipping and handling charge of SEK 300 (SEK 600 for deliveries outside Sweden). 

NOTE: To avoid being charged for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect contact details, please make sure the name, delivery adress, email and phone number you give us is correct! 

 

Returns & refunds

 

Change or delete an order you just placed

If you would like to change an order that you just placed through our website, please e-mail info@fikamix.com immediately. Typically our orders take 1 business day to process, so if you catch us before your order has been processed we may be able to change it. 

 

Right to return: 14 day cooling off period

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@fikamix.com.

You must send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us. You will have to pay the return shipping cost. Be aware of that you carry the responsibility for the product until it reaches our warehouse. 

In order to be able to know whether or not you want a product, you have the right to examine it. But in order to be able to return it, you cannot use it. If you have used the product, we can claim compensation for the depreciation of the product. 

Note: The right to return does not apply to FOOD and we will not accept any returns of Fikamix baking mixes. 

 

Complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, please contact us at info@fikamix.com.
